1. Acceptance

By downloading or using MyMilesAI, you agree to this User Agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

MyMilesAI is intended for users 18 years of age and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

2. Free Trial & Billing

MyMilesAI Pro offers a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial: when you enroll through the MyMilesAI iOS app, Apple collects your payment method via the App Store. No charge is made during the 7-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically when the trial expires and your payment method is charged the annual subscription fee of $99.99 USD per year (billed in your local currency by the App Store). Subscriptions are billed annually and auto-renew until cancelled.

Cancelling. You may cancel at any time in iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions (or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged and your trial simply runs out at the end of day 7. If you cancel after the subscription has started, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. We do not issue refunds directly: all payments are processed by Apple, and refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, which grants or declines them at its discretion under App Store policy.

After cancellation or expiry. When your trial or subscription ends without renewal, automatic trip tracking and other subscription features stop, but your previously recorded trips, reports, and exports remain accessible to you: your historical data is your property, you may export it at any time (see Section 5), and nothing is deleted automatically.

3. Service Description

MyMilesAI provides GPS-based mileage tracking and tax deduction estimates. All calculations are estimates only and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified tax professional.

4. Speedometer Disclaimer

The in-app speedometer is for reference purposes only. It is not calibrated to and does not meet DMV, state, federal, or any other government speed measurement standards. Do not use it for speed compliance, law enforcement, or any legal purpose.

5. Data & Cloud Storage

Trip data is stored securely in the cloud. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyMilesAI and Harijas LLC are not liable for inaccurate GPS readings, missed trips, tax errors, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Joaquin County, California. Claims must be brought within one (1) year of the event. Relief is limited to fees paid as stated above. You waive any right to a class action lawsuit.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

GPS distances may vary from actual distances. MyMilesAI does not guarantee tax authority acceptance of any mileage log.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for classifying trips correctly, verifying accuracy, and consulting a tax professional before filing.

10. Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
